Welcome to the California City Fire Department Website. The men and women of the fire department are dedicated to providing excellence in Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services. The department is a full service department which received an ISO (Insurance Service Office) rating of 4, (scale of 1-9, with one being the best possible).
The fire department is responsible for the functions of Advanced Life Support First Responder, code enforcement, fire prevention and education, public education, school program (learn not to burn, stop, drop and roll), as well as fire hydrant maintenance, vehicle maintenance, training.
